PayPal is one of the largest online payment processors in the world. PayPal supports all major credit cards – MasterCard, Discover, American Express (less favorable), and Visa. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can still make your purchase via credit card. Just follow the payment process and the option to choose PayPal or not will be offered to you just prior to completion of payment.
Refunds and Exchanges
We will do exchanges 20 days after shipping the original order but unfortunately, we do not give refunds unless there is a warranted reason.
Repairs & Breakages
Every bracelet is hand made and each bead is lovingly threaded. The thread we use is of excellent quality and the strongest available. If you do not handle your bracelet with complete care, if you pull or over stretch it, it definitely may break. We do advise that you treat your bracelet with great care. Over stretching or rough handling may cause the elastic thread to break. Repairs are free within one month of purchase. After one month, we charge $10 for repairs.
